A second walk-through, before the house goes on the market, to assess additional action items; seller takes notes.

Home Staging Install - $135.00/hr (3hr. minimum)

Hands-on staging done for you! Using your own items (or in combination with strategic new purchases), the house will be transformed so that potential buyers are WOWED!

Personal Shopping - $135.00/hr

Not sure what you need to buy in order to have your house shine once it’s listed? I can do the work for you by finding fabulous, strategic, cost-conscious items to use for staging and in your new home! Typical purchased items include towels, decorative pillows, decor and artwork.
