Since 2010, Kristin has been successfully helping homeowners with their design and staging needs. Kristin’s involvement as a founder and leader in the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) Minneapolis Area Chapter, along with the chapter’s achievements, reflects her dedication to advancing the standards and impact of the home staging industry in her local community and beyond. Kristin held the position of the chapter’s first President from 2016 – 2018. In 2023 she rejoined the board as the President-Elect and is thrilled to be in the role of President again for 2024! In 2022, the RESA Minneapolis Area Chapter won Chapter of the Year!

Professional Affiliations

Kristin grew up in Deephaven, MN and graduated from Minnetonka High School. After graduating from St. Cloud State University with a degree in Geography (emphasizing in Travel Tourism), she embarked on a nearly 20 year career in the travel industry where she was fortunate to be able to travel all around the world.

Kristin and her husband, Jason, have lived in Waconia since 2004. In their free time they enjoy traveling, golfing, scenic motorcycle rides and spending time at their cabin on Lake Mille Lacs. Kristin is a die-hard cat person who spoils her two kitties – Roo and Chico. She’s been obsessed with Prince and his music since the age of 12 and is a music fanatic who attends as many concerts as possible! She also enjoys spending time with friends, reading and shopping thrift stores, flea markets and garage sales for unique treasures.
