What is professional home staging?

Home Staging is preparing a home to sell. This involves addressing the following in your house: deep cleaning, de-cluttering, repair work, neutralizing and possibly making some necessary updates. Working with a professional stager takes the guess work out for the seller, as the stager has the knowledge and experience to lay out a staging plan.

What is the cost of staging?

Staging does not have to be expensive!  At a minimum, invest in a Home Staging Consultation with written Report!
